How does FormFab test for leaks and cleanliness?

We use helium/nitrogen underwater testing, pressure decay, air bubble, sniffer detection, and optical filter analysis for cleanliness.

Does FormFab offer reverse engineering and CAD support?

Yes. We use ZW3D software for CAD modeling, reverse engineering, STP/IGES conversion, and detailed routing diagrams.

Do you offer in-house fixture and gauge design?

Yes. Our 16,000 sq. ft. facility designs and builds CNC-machined check fixtures, contour gauges, and certified tools using wood, metal, and composites.
