From the beginning, it's been the FormFab philosophy to provide a quality source for a full range of services required by the tubing industry.

Established in 1998 by Norman Caetano, President and Owner, FormFab LLC commenced by supplying tube contour inspection fixtures for Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers.

With over 25 yrs experience in Product Development and Engineering, a Six Sigma Black Belt Quality Certification and experience in numerous other aspects of the business at a large Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, it was natural for the company to evolve into more than a manufacturer of inspection fixtures.

In 2000 FormFab expanded into the fabrication of developmental prototypes for the automotive tubing industry.

Since then FormFab has continually expanded to provide a full range of services that takes the customers concept and allows us to bring it to reality, assessing
production feasibility throughout the development process.
