About FormFab

In 1998, Norman Caetano recognized that there was a collective niche in the industry for a company to supply tube contour inspection fixtures for Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Operating out of his garage, Norm founded FormFab to meet the demand for small specialized design and prototype projects. His hand craftsmanship and ability to exceed customer expectations lead to more referrals and a need for expansion beyond fixtures.

A new facility and extra staffing allowed FormFab to start supplying developmental prototypes and short-run production. The facility grew to 9,000 square feet and added a full range of design and fabrication capabilities. The FormFab formula for success included constant innovation, precise work flow processes and a commitment to quality as evidenced by our ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certification. Today, FormFab operates out of a state-of-the-art 16,000 square foot facility with a multi-faceted team of experienced tube fabrication professionals.
